Driving to work this morning, I was behind a pick-up truck with the license plate "MOO JKR". And, my initials being JKR and all, I couldn't help but wonder if this truck was calling me a cow right to my face. And then I felt anger towards the truck.
Is this normal, or am I slipping over into crazy?

Hmmm. This could be interpreted so many different ways! Let me ask you this - did you ride his tail from then on out of road rage? That could be crazy. Did you put your brights on him? That could be crazy. Did you hit and run? That would definitely be crazy!
No, none of those - just mild indignation. I guess I'm still perfect then!
No, you are not crazy. He was indeed calling you a cow. In a completely sane response, I would have ordered an "YOU SOB" license plate, rode around town until I saw his car again, and then jump ahead of him and stay there long enough until you make sure he reads your new and improved license plate. That's what a sane person like myself would do.
